What are the paid plan prices?

Anchor offers two paid plans: Growth at $14.99/month and Pro at $39.99/month (annual billing brings these to ~$11.99 and ~$31.99 respectively). The Growth plan supports up to 1,000 orders per month, 10 active rewards, 3 VIP tiers, referral program, and tier point multipliers. The Pro plan offers unlimited orders, rewards, and VIP tiers with spending milestones, Checkout UI Extension, the Storefront JavaScript SDK, white-label branding (no “Powered by”), and priority support. Both paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your Shopify admin. Billing changes are prorated automatically through Shopify, so you only pay for what you use. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

What Shopify Flow triggers are available?

Anchor provides 5 Flow triggers: points-earned, tier-changed, reward-redeemed, referral-completed, and points-expiring. Use these to automate emails, tag customers, update spreadsheets, or trigger any Shopify Flow action.

Can customers create custom referral codes?

Yes! Merchants can set custom referral codes like 'JANE20' instead of auto-generated codes. Referral tracking includes landing page tracking, visit tracking, and conversion analytics.

Does Anchor support multiple currencies?
